Data Protection and Confidentiality Brune Park Community School is registered under the data protection act and complies with all its requirements. Apart from authorised members of the College staff, we will only issue passwords to parents or current guardians, who are then free to decide who else should or should not be given access. Please be aware that access includes being able to read addresses and telephone numbers of the contacts. Usually this not an issue, but if any contact details need to be kept confidential, (for example if a court order bans an ex-partner from knowing your current address) please let us know so that special arrangments can be put in place, before access is granted.
